NEW LEADERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT (mai 2025)
We are excited to share the dawn of a new chapter at OWIT Lake Geneva. With the beginning of the 2025/2027 term, we welcome a fresh and dynamic leadership team committed to driving our mission forward. This marks a significant milestone in our journey towards empowering professionals in international trade and business and fostering a supportive and inclusive community.
Meet Our New Board:
- President: Iulia Popescu - Iulia brings a wealth of cross-functional expertise to her role. With a background spanning HR, digital marketing, sales, and business operations, she combines strategic insight with strong organizational and communication skills. Renowned for her adaptability, precision, and leadership, she is committed to driving meaningful initiatives that empower women across industries. As President of OWIT Lake Geneva, she leverages her experience and vision to foster impactful professional development and international collaboration.
- Executive Vice President: Olivia Balu - Olivia brings exceptional expertise and perspective to her role. With dual doctorates in Economics and Finance, and a career spanning taxation, corporate finance, risk management, and sustainable innovation, she combines deep academic insight with practical experience. Her leadership in research, teaching, and international collaboration will be invaluable in advancing OWIT Lake Geneva’s mission.
- Vice President Innovation: Antonia Lomer - Antonia brings forward-thinking vision and creativity to her role. As a digital tech innovator and founder of Disruptive Humans, she draws on extensive experience with global leaders such as Vodafone, Oracle, Accenture, and Temenos. Passionate about both technological and social innovation, she empowers women to embrace change and turn disruption into growth. Her dynamic leadership and transformative mindset are key drivers of OWIT Lake Geneva’s innovative initiatives.
As we embark on this new term, we are confident that the leadership and vision of our new board will lead OWIT Lake Geneva into a future filled with possibilities. We are committed to building upon the solid foundation laid by our predecessors, striving for excellence in all we do.
